Mara is an actress currently based in Los Angeles, though originally hailing from the suburbs of Washington, DC. Recent credits include: the west coast premieres of David Hare's THE JUDAS KISS at Boston Court, SUCKER PUNCH with Coeurage Theater Co, and Nick Dear's FRANKENSTEIN at A Noise Within.
She holds a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with training from the Stella Adler Studio of Acting (New York) and Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (London).

What Happened When - Echo Theater Company's West Coast premiere of Daniel Talbott's haunting ghost story returns with a different set of ensemble members. On a snowy night in a rural farmhouse, three siblings (Randall Clute, Joey Stromberg and Libby Woodbridge) huddle together in the dark with a flashlight, while the audience (unseen by them) gathers closely around. Expect to be fully immersed in this beautiful, provocative and disturbing memory play. (The production's April run featured Klute alongside Ellen Neary and Chris Stack; the show will reopen for a third run at the end of September with Randall Clute, Matthew Gallenstein, and, at alternate performances, Kenzie Caplan and Mara Klein.)

Pericles marks the 24th Shakespearean production for the Porters on their quest to completing the canon. Artistic Director Charles Pasternak returns to the directing chair and Leon Russom to the boards. They last worked together on 2014's production of Henry V, a critical and audience hit, which received Ovation, BroadwayWorld, and Valley Theatre Award nominations.
