Maxwell to Perform at the Dr. Phillips Center, 8/3

The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, in association with Live Nation, announces Maxwell, live in Orlando as part of his SUMMERS' Tour 2016. After announcing his new album "blackSUMMERS'night" and his first new song in seven years, "Lake by the Ocean," the soul-star will perform in the Walt Disney Theater on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the performance will be on sale to the public Friday, April 22, 2016 at 10 a.m. Tickets start at $45.00 and may be purchased online at drphillipscenter.org, by calling 844.513.2014 or by visiting the Dr. Phillips Center Box Office at 445 S. Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, or 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday. Online and phone ticket purchases include handling fees. VIP tickets are on sale as of Monday, April 18, 2016 at 10 a.m. with the promo code MAXWELL through drphillipscenter.org.

Maxwell's new album "blackSUMMERS'night" will be released on July 1, 2016 on Columbia. Ticket purchasers that provide a valid email address will receive a copy of the album. An email verification will be sent post-ticket purchase with instructions for CD redemption.
