After last year's success with Berlin, Mon Amour, Adrienne Haan brings back to NYC French cabaret singer/dancer Magali Dahan.Aime&Yaguar is their first duo show in which they tell the story of the women of 1920s and early 30s Berlin; their failures and successes, feminist struggle and female glamour, sexual freedom and the longing for expectance, a dance on the volcano between the two world wars.Featuring all Weimar Berlin cabaret songs, this soire noir is set in the historical context of the cabaret era of 1920s Berlin, telling the story of women fighting for liberty and freedom before the rise of Nazism in 1933 closes the curtain of Berlins Golden Age forever.Written and directed by Adrienne HaanMusical Direction by Richard DanleyTrailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sPkZA7Xago
