Lauren Hodges Joins NAKED IN A FISHBOWL 8/8
Actress Lauren Hodges joins the fully improvised live sitcom, Naked in a Fishbowl, at The Cherry Lane Theatre Monday, August 8th at 7:00pm. There are only two 1-hour fully improvised shows
left in this season before the Fishbowl heads to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival August 22-27th.
Lauren was most recently in the feature film The Adjustment Bureau and a series regular on AMC's Rubicon. She just completed filming Knucklehead opposite The Wire's Gbenga Akingabbe. Some of her many guest appearances include: Law and Order SVU, Law and Order, Criminal Intent, CSI, and ER. Hodges is a Member of The Actors Center Workshop Company and has appeared in Moonlight Room (Fairfield Theater Company), Picnic (Playhouse West). Her other films include Broadway's Finest and The Architect.
Naked in a Fishbowl chronicles the lives of six friends in New York City and delivers knockout performances that WCBS calls "Smart, honest, and definitely fearless." Naked in a Fishbowl premiered in the NY International Fringe Festival in 2007. The cast was presented with the Outstanding Ensemble Award and hailed as the "brightest lights of the festival." Since re-launching in 2007, this female comedy troupe has created over 30 original episodes in front of a live theatre audience.
