59E59 Theaters announces two additional matinee performances for the NY premiere of NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH, written and directed by Alan Ayckbourn.

NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH has added matinee performances on Friday, December 16 at 2 PM and Wednesday, December 28 at 2 PM.

Things are not right on The Bluebell Hill Development. Theft, petty crime, and vandalism—all the ills of modern suburban living—are on the rise. Newcomers Martin and his sister Hilda are the crime wave’s latest victims - on the very day of their housewarming party, no less - and resolve to take action. But what starts out as a well-intentioned neighborhood watch scheme soon develops into something altogether more sinister. And hilarious.

Called “superbly crafted satire” by Entertainment Weekly, NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH marks Alan Ayckbourn’s fourth play to make its New York or US premiere at Brits Off Broadway.

NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH continues for a limited engagement through Sunday, January 1. The performance schedule is Tuesday – Thursday at 7 PM; Friday at 8 PM; Saturday at 2 PM & 8 PM; Sunday at 3 PM & 7 PM. There is an added matinee on Friday, December 16 at 2 PM.

Please note the following Holiday performance schedule from Tuesday, December 20 – Sunday, January 1: Tue-Wed 7; Thu 2 & 7; Fri 8; Sat 2 & 7; Sun 3. There is no performance on Sunday, December 25. There is an added matinee on Wednesday, December 28 at 2 PM.

Single tickets are $65 ($45 for 59E59 Members). To purchase tickets, call Ticket Central at (212) 279-4200 or go to www.59e59.org. For more information, visit www.britsoffbroadway.com.
