TACT/The Actors Company Theatre (Scott Alan Evans, Cynthia Harris and Simon Jones, C0-Artistic Directors), the critically-acclaimed company dedicated to presenting neglected or rarely produced plays of literary merit, will offer a post-performance discussion about its production of The Memorandum, Václav Havel's spiky satire of bureaucracy gone mad.

In addition to regularly scheduled talk-backs with the director and cast following every Sunday matinee performance of The Memorandum, the company will offer the following post-performance discussion:

Friday, November 12 (following the 7:30 performance)
VÁCLAV HAVEL'S LIFE IN THE THEATER
Theater professor, critic and author Carol Rocamora ("Acts of Courage: Václav Havel's Life in the Theater") chats about Havel's amazing contribution to the theatre with Edward Einhorn, producing artistic director of Untitled Theater Company #61, a New York City-based theater company that hosted the three-month-long "Havel Festival" featuring plays, readings, talkbacks and other events honoring the life and work of Václav Havel. Hosted by Scott Alan Evans, Co-Artistic Director of TACT. Moderated by Stephanie Vella, TACT Dramaturg.

The talk back is free with the purchase of a ticket to The Memorandum. For those who have already seen the show but would like to attend the event, please call the TACT office at (212) 645-8228 to make a reservation. Seating is limited and subject to availability.
