STAGE TUBE: Jessie Hooker Wins RENT Internet Audition

The new Off-Broadway production of Rent is gearing up for opening on July 14 at New World Stages. As part of the casting process, the producers turned to the internet have the public vote on personally submitted audition tapes. The production recently held a contest for one hopeful to score a real audition in New York City at Telsey and Co. The winner has been selected and the lucky auditioner will be Jessie Hooker from Pennsylvania.
