SHADES OF OUR BEAUTY Comes to The National Black Theatre
Sabrina Martinez, Founder and CEO of the Phenomenal Women Empowerment Alliance and the PW Charm & Etiquette School presents World Premiere Drama, with Music, SHADES OF OUR BEAUTY, Sunday September 8, 2019 3:00PM Eastern Time. Held at the National Black Theatre.
This new drama is inspired by the children's book written by Sabrina Martinez, "SHADES OF OUR BEAUTY LOVING THE BEAUTIFUL SKIN I'M IN".
This new work is not a children's drama with music, it's an adult's Empowerment work.
The new work is written by Award Nominated Playwright-Actress Andrea Womack and Award Winning Writer-Director Nickolas, The III.
Shades of our Beauty takes the audience inside the world of a group of private school alumni's. They get together for the weekend at an Upper Eastside Mansion for a wedding that almost did not happen. Secrets, Self-Hate, Love, Betrayal and more are exposed all before the wedding takes place.
This World premiere also features some original new music, and rising talent set to make their mark in the industry.
This new work features a stellar cast, Tiana Ayala, Mike Rob, Aiysha Flowers, N'Digo Jones, Starr Taft, Noble B. Whitted, Danielle Baskerville, Olivia Mansell, Disnie Sebastien & more.
