Casting has been announced for the reading of the new play Here Today which will be performed on February 15th, 2010 at Theatre Row.

Broadway's Matt Doyle (Spring Awakening, Bye Bye Birdie) and Celina Carvajal (Toxic Avenger, MTV's Legally Blonde) will play the roles of John and Tierney in this new darkly comedic love story written by playwright Jon Weissberg. Recent Yale School of Drama graduate Eddie Brown (Passing Strange - Sundance Theatre Lab) rounds out the cast as Gibbs.
Directed by David Alpert (Guys & Dolls, Assistant Director of Tony Kushner's The Intelligent Homosexual's Guide...), this 90 minute, three-character play covers the course of a single afternoon where lives intersect and one person's seemingly bad day takes an unexpected course.

Produced by Steve Tate of Tate Theatrics, this invite-only reading will take place on Monday, February 15 at New York's Theatre Row. Limited seating still available and can be requested by emailing heretoday@tatetheatrics.com.
