Born for Broadway, in support of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, is proud to announce its second annual cabaret will be held Monday, October 4 at 8 p.m. at New World Stages, 340 W. 50th Street, New York, N.Y.

Once again helmed by Director Marcia Milgrom Dodge (Tony nominee, "Ragtime") andMusic Director Larry Yurman ("Grey Gardens"), Born for Broadway featuresestablished Broadway performers as well as undiscovered talent.This year promises an exciting evening filled with performances by Lesley Gore, LilliasWhite, and several members of the recent "Ragtime" revival -- Christiane Noll, BobbySteggert, Robert Petkoff and Quentin Earl Darrington.

A full cast announcement will be made soon.The 2009 event included performers ranging from Tony Awarded/Nominated to excitingnewcomers, and played to a sold out crowd of 500 patrons.

Special thanks to our many friends and sponsors whose generosity of time and resourcesmake Born for Broadway 2010 possible, especially Brad Falchuk and Suzanne Bukinik, and Joe Patane and The Patane Foundation. Falchuk is the executive producer of the hit Foxtelevision show "Glee," which features a character with a spinal cord injury. Patane creates ‘Dream Camps' nationally to inspire and encourage challenged teens.

Tickets for Born for Broadway 2010 are now on sale through Telecharge (www.telecharge.com) and www.bornforbroadway.com. Ticket prices range from$75 to $125. Student discounts are also available
