At Play Productions asks, "Always wondered what it's like to be a part-time assistant chicken farmer?  A door-to-door lobster killer? A saucier?"

On November 10th At Play will present five stories about some of the freakiest, bloodiest, most bizarre jobs in America in WORK, a new collaboratively written play debuting at Ars Nova as part of the A.N.T. festival.

Work was written by four of At Play's resident playwrights:  Laura Jacqmin (winner of the 2008 Wasserstein Award), Bekah Brunstetter (winner of a 2008 Innovative Theatre Award), Josh Koenigsberg and Harrison Rivers.  James Dacre (The Unconquered at 59E59) and Colette Robert (Youngblood's Asking for Trouble Festival) are attached to direct.

The cast includes Satya Bhabha (Rafta Rafta), Roarke Walker (Gossip Girl, NBC's Kings), Zoe Anastassiou, Stefanie Estes, Julia Grob,  Matthew Hadley, Lauren Hines, Jamie Klassel, Mary Quick, Sarah Ries and Federico Trigo.

At Play Productions is a New York City based theater company composed of forty emerging writers, actors, directors and producers brought together to make up the Old Vic: New Voices New York Network in 2008.  They have previously presented nights of new work at The Atlantic and Centerstage NY.

At Play is a part of The Exchange and is the resident company of the 24 Hour Plays Off-Broadway.
