Venardos Circus (
VenardosCircus.com) seeks unique and excellent circus/variety acts to feature in upcoming touring productions. Must be available beginning 14 February 2026 thru January 5, 2027.
Weekly salary, approximately 45 work weeks. Housing/transportation provided, or bring your own truck and trailer.
Ideal Artist will have TWO, show-ready acts of contrasting disciplines, appropriate for family audiences. Not interested in artists who are strictly aerial. If one of your acts is aerial, the other should happen on the ground. Especially seeking ground acts and unusual displays.
Please research the style of our show, the size of our tent environment, and the message of our brand (#LiveYourCircusDream) to be intelligent in your suggested material and to demonstrate how your unique talents would be of value in this specific environment.
NOTE: ALL performers and crew are actively involved in the highly physical work of load in, daily operations, and load out as we navigate a 45 city/two-year route across the continental U.S. Qualified candidates posses a “With it and for it” attitude; physically fit and agile, capable of lifting at least 50lbs easily, and have deep reserves of energy and stamina. Every cast member and crew hand is essential and an important part of the team. Everyone is equally responsible for the safety and success of everyone else. We work together and do whatever it takes to safely overcome the unique challenges of each venue, local weather, and logistics of living in and traveling down the road with the circus.
Preference given to artists based and legal to work in the U.S., but for the right candidate we will consider sponsoring a P-1 VISA.

SOLO CLOWN/PHYSICAL COMEDIAN
Venardos Circus (
VenardosCircus.com) is also seeking an experienced physical Comedian to perform on tour with us for the 2026 season. Must be available beginning 14 February 2026 thru January 5, 2027.
Weekly salary, approximately 45 work weeks. Housing provided, or bring your own truck and trailer.
Artist must have 2 prepared contrasting routines appropriate for family audiences, and be ready to create interstitial material covering act transitions as needed. Prepared routines should involve audience participation, and ideally NOT require any talking. Vocalization is not prohibited, but whatever is said should be understood in all languages.
The candidate we seek will posses a positive and hopeful attitude, a deep well of energy, and be a self-motivated person, always looking to make improvements to the routine, and the show. Artist must be flexible and willing to make any necessary changes and adjustments to his/her material if requested to suit the vision of producer.
