3 Females, 3 Males

ROLES OPEN:

David Kahn: Male, 30 - 40s. Successful gallery owner and arts dealer. Revels in his lavish lifestyle. Has a razor wit, finely polished sense of sarcasm, always looking for a punchline. He does not hold up well in a crisis.

Barbara Kahn: Female, 30 - 40s. Partner with her husband David in the gallery. A sophisticated, stylish, worldly woman. Much less confident in her complex relationship with her mother.

Trudy Heyman: Female, 30 - 40s. Barbara's Younger (a few years) sister. Prudish, lives a lack- luster life in the suburbs of Long Island with her uptight accountant husband. She is socially awkward, sensible to a fault. Taking care of her aging mother has taken a toll on her.

Martin Heyman: Male, 30 - 40s. Trudy's husband. Uptight tax accountant. Lives by many rules, none of which seem to give him much joy. Uncomfortable in David and Barbara's world.

Maurice Koenig: Male, 70s (to play 90s). A world-renowned artist, very stylish, snappy attitude, with a kindly disposition. A bit of a ladies’ man, even at his age.

Sophie Greenglass - THIS ROLE HAS BEEN CAST.

Cold readings from the script. Sides provided.
