LIVING ARCHETYPES - The Green Room 42 Non Equity Auditions

After a successful first show this winter, Living Archetypes is thrilled to be back at The Green Room 42 on June 13, 2026 for our next show, The Will of Olympus.

ABOUT THE SHOW

Living Archetypes is a cabaret series where artists explore various traditional archetypes told through different mediums, and utilizing those archetypes to modify character and song motivations. Following our previous installment, which explored the Tarot, this next chapter turns to the archetypes of the Greek Gods we all know and love (or revere) - The Olympians.

Each performer will sing a popular musical theatre standard that has been paired with a contrasting Greek God, briefly explaining who that God is to the audience before performing the song according to those motives and themes.

The band will also adjust musicality and style based on the themes of the archetype. The purpose of the cabaret is to fuse together artistry, motivation and creativity to create a multi-faceted performance.

Dates and Times:
Two rehearsals TBD between 5/25 & 6/12

Saturday, June 13 - Called @ 4:15 for Sound Check and ROS, then a 7:00pm Show!

Submission Details: Please submit 16-32 Bars (can be pre-existing footage!) of you performing a pop-rock song of your choice. Feel free to also tape yourself singing a piece from our upcoming cabaret, listed below.
