In his latest play, FOUR FLAT WHITES IN ITALY, set to open at The Court Theatre August 29, Hall takes four recognisable kiwi characters and chronicles their misadventures on their 'big O.E. when they're pasta their prime'.

MTNZ will be celebrating their 50th year of existence at this conference and it is intended that it will be a most memorable one. Not to say that many other conferences haven?t been memorable but it is not every year you get to mark such a special occasion and milestone. Whilst Kate has advised many of the details of conference already through previous Spotlights, Zone One organising team have a few surprises up their sleeve for those who intend being there. They encourage you all to get your numbers attending sorted out and registrations in early for, if indications they are receiving are correct, they could see a record attendance. They are aware of a number of musical theatre people who regularly attended conference in the 1980?s and 1990?s and haven?t been since who are making a special effort to attend the 50th Anniversary celebrations.
