Due to overwhelming public demand, The Press Summer Season of GREASE at The Court Theatre has been extended by one week.  The popular musical will now close on Saturday 2 February. Two matinees have also been added, on 29 December and 5 January.

Over 17,000 tickets have already been sold to the rock and roll musical, with the original season selling out within nine days of its opening performance.

"GREASE had already set a new record for advance sales, but the response from audiences has taken it to another level," says co-director of GREASE and Artistic Director of The Court Theatre Ross Gumbley. "We've had people at interval booking tickets to see the show again."

The additional performances of GREASE are on sale now at The Court Theatre – 963 0870 or www.courttheatre.org.nz.
