Originally scheduled for Southern Rep's cancelled 2006 Post-Katrina season, STREETCAR finally makes a triumphant return to New Orleans, performed in the very neighborhood where Tennessee Williams imagined it taking place!
LOCATION: Michalopoulos Studios, 527 Elysian Fields Avenue.
PARKING: (just across the street) Central Parking, 400 Elysian Fields Avenue. Rates $5-$10.
FREE WALKING-TOUR EVENT! One hour prior to each performance, join us for A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE-themed walking tour. Enter Tennessee William's world and discover where Stanley and Stella Kowalski lived, worked and played in 1947 New Orleans... Walking and talking with cocktails will be encouraged!
