Stories Sips + Songs continues its celebrated monthly residency at 1865 Club (610 21st Ave N) on Thursday, September 25 at 7pm. This month’s edition will feature an exciting roster of singer-songwriters: RIsa Binder, Zarni Devette, Andrew Mitch, Ada Pasternak, Kenny Sharp, Levi Shaw, Lexi Sidders, TEN and Mitch White. Each will perform original songs and share the stories behind them, creating an evening that blends artistry, heart and conversation.

"Stories Sips + Songs is an evening of music, joy, community and connection – because we all need more nights just like that,” creator and host Risa Binder shared.

Stories Sips + Songs is hosted monthly at 1865 Club in Nashville and quarterly in New York City.

Risa Binder - Risa Binder is an Emmy-nominated singer/songwriter. Her favorite things to do are perform live and eat dessert. Risa has opened for Country Legend Ronnie Milsap and James Taylor. Her songs have been on SiriusXM The Highway as well as Country Radio and some of your favorite TV shows. She is an iHeart Radio "about to break artist" and she started Stories Sips + Songs as a way to connect music and community.

Zarni Devette - Though born and raised in South Africa (and a previous resident of Boston, Seattle and Austin), Zarni deVette has laid her most prominent roots down here in Nashville over the last few years. She's had cuts with Tigirlily Gold ("Somebody Does" reaching #1 on iTunes All Genre at its debut), Avery Anna ("Self Love" as seen on The Today Show and SiriusXM), Charles Esten ("One Good Move"), Grace Leer ("Best Friend For Life" reaching over 10M views on social media), Zach Seabaugh ("Plastic Flowers"), Sid Dorey ("Bible Belt"), Kaylee Rose, Risa Binder, Madison Parks, Ross Jake Banfield, Julia Cole, Trevor Snider, Zach John King and more

Andrew Mitch - Andrew Mitch is a rising country-pop artist from Steubenville, Ohio, now based in Nashville. Blending raw emotion with authentic storytelling, he’s been featured by CMA, CMT, GLAAD, and Music Row, with praise from Carly Pearce, Ingrid Andress, and Ty Bentli. His breakout single “all in my head” hit the iTunes Country Top 100 and helped launch his debut project feeling outside the lines. Since then, he’s amassed over 2M social views and over 30K followers. With new singles like “back home boy” and a deluxe album on the way, Andrew Mitch is carving out a fearless, heartfelt space in country music.

Ada Pasternak - Ada Pasternak is an award-winning musician who was born into a musical family.  A child prodigy on the violin, Ada received a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music where she discovered her ability for songwriting. Ada’s music has been featured on Netflix, Hallmark, and has been heard by millions on Spotify and YouTube. Her self-love anthem “Perfectly Imperfect” has 11 million streams worldwide.

TEN - From Chicago to Atlanta, now Tennessee, a new wave is here. Vintage Soul. Blending love, pain, and truth, TEN delivers raw power rooted in blues, gospel, funk, and soul. Inspired by Aretha, James Brown, and Whitney, she’s carving her own lane while honoring the legends. She’s rocked stages with Angie Stone, Bilal, and Grammy-winning duo Louis York. The world first saw her shine on “America’s Got Talent” and “The Voice,” where she left judges in awe even Reba McEntire wishing she’d hit the button. TEN isn’t just a voice, she’s a movement.

Mitch White - Mitch White is a Nashville based singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist originally from Atlanta, GA. After graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2010, Mitch relocated to Nashville to pursue his music career. Since then, he has collaborated with renowned artists such as Gary Allan, Jon Pardi, Cassadee Pope, Love and Theft, Canaan Smith, JT Hodges, and Billy Ray Cyrus. Mitch's television appearances include The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Live with Kelly and Michael, the ACM Awards, CMA Music Fest, iHeartCountry Fest, and Guitar Center Sessions. Known for his versatility, Mitch has been described as a “Swiss Army Knife” by his peers. He believes in the power of "big ears" - listening to and understanding music from every angle. With years of experience as a drummer, songwriter, and producer, Mitch’s diverse skill set enables him to approach each project with the goal of bringing the song to life and making every note count.
