A new season for our PSC Youth Theatre program starts this Saturday, February 9th 2013.

Our FREE youth theatre program called "Acting Out" is taught by a professional acting coach. The objective is not only to provide young people with acting skills - but also to offer them a level of self-confidence; a chance to perform in front of an audience; the opportunity to meet new friends etc.

This program is offered to all young actors from Point St. Charles and elsewhere in or around Montreal.

It is open to young people between the ages of 7 and 16 and is divided into two groups - a younger group generally attending elementary school; and an older group, generally attending High School.

The younger group starts this Saturday at 10am at the YMCA at 255 Ash Street in the Point and the older group starts at 12:15 - also at the Y.

If you know a young actor who would like to register for these courses, he, or she, can do so on our web site at www.psccommunity.com(although pre-registration is not strictly necessary and any young person wishing to learn these skills simply has to show up at the Y on Saturday - depending on their age at either 10am or 12:15PM).
