Alpine Theatre Project was founded in 2004 by Betsi Morrison, David Ackroyd and Luke Walrath. All 3 have enjoyed careers on Broadway, tours and leading regional theatres film and T.V. ATP is a small company but fiercely passionate about bringing world-class professional theatre to the Whitefish community and surrounding areas.
Betsi Morrison is Artistic Director and Director and Sara Brians is Choreographer of this third rep summer season which includes FULL MONTY lead by Luke Walrath (42nd Street) as “Lonny” and Joe Coots (Kinky Boots 1st Nat’l Tour) as “Dennis”; ROCK OF AGES lead by Eric Michael Krop (Godspell) as “Drew” and Tracy McDowell (Motown) as “Sherrie”; MAN OF LAMANCHA lead by Jeff Mattsey (Metropolitan Opera) as “Don Quiote” and Susan O’Dea (Snow Mountain Sisters) as “Aldonza”. Other cast members include Virginia Ann Woodruff (Color Purple) as Jeanette, Amelia Cormack (Kinky Boots 1st Nat’l Tour) as “Regina”, Matt Densky (How the Grinch…) as “Sancho”, Ryan Williams (Rock of Ages Nat’l Tour) as “Stacey Jacks”, C.E. Smith (Full Monty) as “Horace”, Becky Stout (Follies) as “Flamenco Dancer”, Todd McIntyre (Mama Mia! Nat’l Tour) as Ethan and Olivia Mattsey as “Fermina”. Local actors include Rebecca Spear as “Pam”, Mikey Winn, Tony Hernandez, Saige Perchy, and Griffin Ziegert.
The Production Team includes Rachel Naber Burke - Production Manager, Brandon James Gwinn, - Musical Director, Christopher Blasting - Asst. Musical Director, Amy Pedigo Otto - Costume Design, Driscoll Otto - Projection Design, Ruth E. Kramer - PSM, Jeff Davolt - SM and Brock Boudoin - CM.
