The French Riviera shimmers with laughter and high jinks in "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels," a musical brimming with infectious tunes and witty lyrics. Their uneasy coexistence in this lucrative territory leads to a winner-take-all bet: whoever cons Christine Colgate, a young heiress, out of $50,000 first gets to stay.
