Renaissance Theaterworks (RTW), Milwaukee's only professional theater company dedicated to improving gender parity in the arts, returns to New York City to produce the short play, ALL OF THE EVERYTHING byAlayna Jacqueline (Barnes) at this year's Samuel French 44th Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival (OOB) in August 2019.

RTW's 2018 Br!NK New Play Festival included a production of the haunting and heartbreaking short play ALL OF THE EVERYTHING. Written by Minnesota native, Alayna Jacqueline, ALL OF THE EVERYTHING begins with a young African American couple out for a drive, where the woman begins to manipulate time in order to experience their entire future before they reach the destination that changes their lives forever.

After its successful premiere at Br!NK, RTW encouraged Jacqueline to submit ALL OF THE EVERYTHING to the OOB Festival. From over 900 initial submissions, Jacqueline has earned a place as a semi-finalist in the top 30. As a direct result of her experience with Br!NK, Jacqueline has asked RTW to produce and direct her short play this coming August in NYC. "We are honored she has asked us to participate and thrilled to accept this amazing opportunity!" shares RTW Co-Founder and Artistic Director, Suzan Fete.

ALL OF THE EVERYTHING will perform on Friday, August 23rd, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Vineyard Dimson 15th Street Theatre, NYC. Following the performances of the top 30 semi-finalists, 12 finalists will be selected to perform again on Saturday, August 24th, 2019. Of those 12, the six festival winners will be announced on Saturday evening. These winners will have their short play published in the Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival series, which is licensed and published by Samuel French, Inc. This will be RTW's second trip to OOB. In 2015, RTW produced LUCKY NUMBERS by Gwendolyn Rice and made it to the final 12. "This time we aim to win!" laughs Fete in a joking, competitive tone. "Joking aside, this experience is so meaningful to the playwright and RTW, and how cool that this is our second time to NYC in less than 5 years?!"

Those interested in supporting RTW's trip to NYC can contribute online through the company's Indiegogo campaign. Details listed below.
