MotorCity Casino Hotel Welcomes Rachelle Ferrell to Sound Board 3/1

MotorCity Casino Hotel will welcome "An Evening with Rachelle Ferrell," at Sound Board on Thursday, March 1 at 8:00 p.m.

Rachelle Ferrell renowned for her talents as a contemporary jazz, pop, R&B, and gospel singer and musician. Rachelle began performing professionally when she was a teenager, writing much of her own material, accompanying herself on piano and singing both popular and jazz styles with equal ease. She sang backup for Lou Rawls, Patti LaBelle, Vanessa Williams, and George Duke. Ferrell released her debut album, Somethin' Else in 1990 in Japan, five years before it was released in the U.S.
