Abreact To Present THE HOT MESS CHRONICLES 3, 10/14 - 11/5

The Abreact will present THE HOT MESS CHRONICLES 3. This is third year for the critically acclaimed show that brings Detroit talent together like no other. Composed of submissions from 8 different authors this is the 3rd year for our wildly original Halloween comedy and it shows no signs of stopping. This year contains material written by Mike McGettigan, Bill McGettigan, Dave Davies, Robin Tenglin-Makled, James Nanis, Joe Becker, Josh Campos & Brian Papandrea and Ron Morelli.

Eight original short plays full of comedy and horror take the stage at the Abreact theatre Starting 10/14/2011. The plays run the gamut from genuinely creepy to hilarious. Evil clowns, murder and mayhem have never been so funny. Curses, monster kisses, and possessed cats are just some of the things you'll see when you arrive at Detroit's coolest theatre this fall. It's an insanely good time.

THE HOT MESS CHRONICLES 3 is directed by Detroit comedy veteran Mike McGettigan, assisted by Clint Lohman and features James Nanis, Patrick Cronin, Dawn Rasnick, Sarah Galloway, Brian Papandrea and Josh Campos.

The show opens October 14th and runs Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm through November 5th with one matinee on October 20th at 4pm.

As always Theatre at the Abreact is free, although donations are spiritedly encouraged. We are also BYOB and there are refreshments provided.
