Hackmatack Playhouse Holds Auditions For 37th Season 3/21,22

Call for actors, singers, and dancers! Auditions have been scheduled for the 37th season at Hackmatack Playhouse (Route 9, Berwick, Maine). Auditions are scheduled for 9:30am Saturday and 10:00 Sunday, March 21 and 22 at the Berwick Town Hall. Familiarity of the summer's shows is preferred, but no other preparation is necessary. Musicals will be auditioned on Sat (a dance call as well); and Our Town on Sunday. Musical call backs will be later in the day Sunday. The 2009 summer Hackmatack Playhouse schedule includes Our Town, Anything Goes, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, and The Producers,

Specific dates are as follows. Thornton Wilder's Our Town runs June 24 through July 4. Anything Goes runs July 8 - 25. The Mystery of Edwin Drood runs July 29 through August 8. And Mel Brooks' madcap musical, The Producers, runs August 12 through 29.
