Following the success of his tour in North America this fall, Live Nation and Rockhal are pleased to announce that the Back to Sting Bass Tour will be extended and will head to Europe next year to celebrate the 25th anniversary of his career by reducing it to low ... all tubes, reduced to essentials, as they have not been played for years.
Currently decorated with praise by critics in North America, the European tour will begin February 5, 2012 at Sage Gateshead and will continue with performances in Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Prague, Stockholm, Warsaw and Vienna, as well as several dates France, Germany and the United Kingdom (itinerary below).

Supporting the recently published collection Sting: 25 Years, Back to Bass presents a singer who plays the iconic songs of his dynamic career and enduring solo from the beginning "The Dream of the Blue Turtles" published in 1985 in its latest "Live in Berlin ", through a selection of greatest hits of The Police. Highlights of this selection are decorated Grammy songs "Brand New Day" and "If I Ever Lose My Faith in You" and the most popular titles from the followers, "Englishman in New York," "Desert Rose "and" Roxanne. " Sting will be supported by a group including his longtime guitarist, Dominic Miller, Rufus Miller (guitar), Vinnie Colaiuta (drums), Peter Tickell (electric violin) and Jo Lawry (singer).
For the first time, the cabinet Sting: 25 Years captures the highlights and rare pieces of enduring solo career of Sting. This collection contains three CDs, all remastered exclusively for this set and personally led by Sting, and never released a live DVD: Rough, Raw & Unreleased, turned to Irving Plaza in New York. The box also includes a book with rare photos and blog entries written by Sting. The Best of 25 Years is also available on a double album.
