Since 2000, interprets "La Roza Enflorese" the monodic Sephardic repertoire-which originated in medieval Spain. Emerged from the oral tradition, these songs offer many possibilities of interpretation. Consisting of musicians with diverse musical backgrounds (classical, jazz, pop ...) creates "La Roza Enflorese" in their songs a musical fusion of traditional music earlier in the inspiration of today's music. A diverse and constantly strives contrast universe of sound to create the ensemble played instruments from different backgrounds and eras: fiddle, viola, lute, vihuela, recorder, curved horn, percussion from the Middle East. Despite this instrumental richness contrasts with the Sephardic tradition in which the arguments put forward by a singer of songs were accompanied only by a frame drum, it always adds the enriching musical influences on the traditions of Sephardic music from the Diaspora in 1492 Influences from Morocco, Argentina, Turkey and Greece have been incorporated into the music. Their music are fused in the cultural boundaries already proving to be even more so than usual as a synonym for encounter of cultures.
