Marek and Karen live in the home of their childhood. For Karen, it is the base of their excessive trips to the world, for Marek bulwark and monastery.

The permanent contact with the world is alive on the large open window in the main room of the apartment. The guest house is just opposite the meeting point of business eaters, capable of earners, many of them engaged in the same large companies such as Karen. Karen is the star of this little circle. This is her conscious and Marek. Karen Marek gives his first camera, a Leica. This extension of his eyes is open to him and his ways. From the window he photographed among the Karen people, he collects snapshots documenting the behavior of the "guest house people," as he calls it, a smooth and jolly company, the returns so many dark under the white tablecloths. Marek is an artist against his will, a seismograph, a seemingly reliable, but de facto fragile and unfathomable world. Karen organized behind the back of his brother, an exhibition of his photographs. Marek is a very short time in a "name" and is deeply unhappy about it. He feels betrayed his privacy and his view of the world. When he realizes that he turn back the hands can not, he uses his artist status, keeps the people who run after the once insecure child Marek suddenly, brutally the mirror before by depicting their emptiness, their deep sense of unease, their banality and superficiality .

But seen through and fight back and portrayed the sisters change through the course of events in a radical and irreversible manner. What happens in a society where everything is defined on the successful completion of purchase and sale, and evaluates, with the "others" with the unpredictable, the strenuous, the sick, the Sensitive, the artists, all those who are not countable profits for these same company earn? How people react to success of the programmed and Karen Marek, what can the sisters in turn seeming to be "doers" of this world, show or take?

Anna Poloni, grew up bilingual in Syracuse, Rome and Vienna, studying Germanic and Romance Studies and the Law in Rome, Zurich, Bern and Vienna, writes poetry, prose and drama. Odd jobs as a translator, as well as grief and keynote speaker left enough room for his own writing. The conscious decision to live a life with children and on trips, have coined a letter and force, whose first publication was not in the foreground. That changed in 2010 with the decision for a mid-life center in Andalusia and the concentration on the literary work.
