Tracie Thoms Leads Upright Cabaret's 'Unplugged' Revue concerts 03/12-13
On Friday and Saturday, March 12 & 13, 2010 at 7:30pm and 10:00pm - Upright Cabaret presents THE UPRIGHT REVUE - UNPLUGGED featuring the very best vocalist from Broadway, T.V. and up-and-coming artist in Los Angeles.
The Upright Revue is a wildly popular night of song featuring an eclectic mix of artists from stage, record and screen. Cabaret is synonymous with New York City, but in sunny southern California Producer/Hosts Chris Isaacson and Shane Scheel have turned cabaret into a hip and contemporary social swirl of Broadway and Hollywood.
Each month, Producer/Hosts Chris Isaacson and Shane Scheel along with Music Director Chris Isaacson assemble an eclectic mix of artists from stage record and screen for a 90 minute tapestry of song.
Scheduled performances by: Elizabeth Brackenbury, Todd Buonopane (Broadway: Grease, Spelling Bee), Jill Burke, Ben Caron, Julie Garnye, Ben Goldberg, Sheila Karls, Joshua Kerlin, Harlem Lee (Winner NBC Fame), Kristolyn Lloyd, Tom Lowe (West End: Les Miserables, Cats), Karissa Noel, Nicolette Robinson, Joan Ryan, Daniel Shaw, Von Smith (American Idol), Tracie Thoms (CBS Cold Case, Broadway and Film of Rent), Jake Walden, Jennifer Leigh Warren (Broadway: Big River, Marie Christine, Little Shop of Horrors), Brenna Whitaker and Kimberly Yarbrough.
