The Spare Change Series' THE LONESOME WEST Reading to Benefit Red Cross, 12/5

By:

After a heartbreaking month across the globe, The Spare Change Series is announcing a benefit play reading to raise money for the International Federation of Red Cross and their relief efforts in Paris, Beirut, and Nigeria. THE LONESOME WEST by Martin McDonagh will be performed on Saturday, December 5th at 7pm at the Art of Acting Studio, located at 1017 N Orange Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90038.

The Spare Change Series is looking to bring light and laughter in the face of the fear inspired by the recent terrorist attacks in Paris, Beirut, and Nigeria. In the words of Martin Luther King, Jr., "Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that."

THE LONESOME WEST by Martin McDonagh will be directed by Johnny Yoder and features Nick Bonanno, Sean Cowhig, Andria Kozica, Sean Spann, and James Warfield. The Art of Acting Studio has generously donated their theatre for the production.

For reservations, e-mail thesparechangeseries@gmail.com. You can also connect with The Spare Change Series on Twitter (@SpareChangeLA), Facebook (TheSpareChangeSeries) or through their website at www.thesparechangeseries.com.
