StolenDress Entertainment's THE LAST FIVE YEARS Plays The Attic Theater, Now thru 7/27
THE LAST FIVE YEARS, written and composed by Jason Robert Brown, will be presented at The Attic Theater, 5429 W. Washington Blvd. Los Angeles, Calif. Directed by Brian Robert Harris, the show features Michael Worden as Jaime Wellerstein and Laura Zimmerman as Cathy Hyatt.
StolenDress Entertainment is thrilled to revive the musical The Last Five Years by Tony Award-winning composer Jason Robert Brown. The musical tells the emotionally powerful story of two twenty-something New Yorkers who dive head first into a marriage fueled by the optimism that comes with finding "the one." But in a city where professional and personal passions collide and only the strongest relationships survive, navigating the waters of love and matrimony can sometimes prove too much. Funny, honest and intimate, with an exuberantly romantic score, The Last Five Years takes a bold look at one young couple's hope that love endures the test of time.
Six performances only - 7/18, 7/19, 7/20, 7/25, 7/26, and 7/27; Friday and Saturday performances at 8pm and Sunday matinees at 2pm. Tickets are $20 and they are available at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/712429 or at the door.
Produced by Carly J. Worden and Jason Klamm, the show is presented by Special Arrangement with Musical Theater International.
