LA's Children's Theatre Imagine Project Adds To Its Board Of Directors

Imagine Project expands its Board of Directors by adding Richard Guest. "This is an exciting time here at Imagine Project. We are thrilled to bring Rich on board. His expertise and his dedication to our mission and vision for children in Los Angeles are going to make a real difference as we get ready to launch our inaugural season this fall," stated IP Chairman of Board Alex Zonin.

Guest is a digitally native marketer with a passion for great advertising, which he appreciates almost as much as amazing restaurants (#foodie). He was a key member of the teams that developed "Exclusive the Rainbow", Skittles' 2018 Super Bowl campaign which was recognized as the year's most awarded advertising, and "Broadway the Rainbow", Skittles' 2019 Super Bowl effort. In July of 2018, he was appointed to the dual role as DDB's Chief Digital Officer and an Executive Vice President, Global Business Director. Guest is tasked with building DDB's relationships with key technology partners -- such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, Instagram, IBM, and Microsoft, as well as overseeing the Agency's relationships with clients including AT&T, Mars Incorporated, and Unilever. He has also worked at Tribal Worldwide, J. Walter Thompson (Detroit), and comScore. Guest holds an M.B.A from Northwestern University and a B.A. with Honors from Indiana University Bloomington.

"I have always believed in the power of stories, and story telling, to change the world for the better. Imagine Project's efforts to create diverse and accessible theatrical experiences for all children will inspire a new generation of leaders driving important social change. I am thrilled to be able to contribute to the mission of Imagine Project," explained Guest.

Imagine Project strives to build an empathetic and inclusive society, across, cultures, by immersing young people in theatre that celebrates gender equity, diversity, and civic engagement. IP is LA's new and only Equity theatre dedicated entirely to programming for young audiences. "We continue to expand our Board of Directors, and are especially interested in meeting with women and people of color," added Zonin. In addition to expanding its board, IP is putting together an advisory board. Interested parties are urged to write to info@imagineprojectca.com.

The Tale of Turandot - IP's first production - will open the company's Inaugural Season on November 7th of 2019 at The Colony Theatre in Burbank, CA.
