Gramps' Trunks, LLC in Association with The Promenade Playhouse present AIN'T WE GOT FUN!, written by Ben Hensley and Michael Montiel and directed by Lindsay Martin. AIN'T WE GOT FUN! will open on Saturday, November 20 at 3:00 pm and continue every Saturday and Sunday until December 19 at The Promenade Playhouse, 1404 3rd St. Promenade in Santa Monica, CA.

AIN'T WE GOT FUN! is an act of COLOR in the Vaudeville Genre. Featuring 15 comedic songs and skits from the turn of the century, AIN'T WE GOT FUN! takes audiences back to a time of simpler theatricality when a rubber chicken was really, REALLY funny. It is a pastiche of forgotten (yet remembered) Vaudeville skits and comedy songs featuring Pack Up Your Troubles, Gallagher and Shean, When You're Smiling, Are You From Dixie?, Ma, He's Makin' Eyes At Me, And Her Mother Comes Too, Goodbye My Lady Love, and of course Ain't We Got Fun!.

Hensley & Montiel premiered their first production AIN'T WE GOT FUN! at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in June and have subsequently been presented by various presenters throughout southern California including The Theatre Asylum in Hollywood, The Mark Blankenship Ballet Company at the Historic Alexandria Hotel in downtown Los Angeles as well as DiPiazza's Restaurant and Lounge in Long Beach.
