Little Fish Theatre is excited to announce the 7th show of its 2017 season, the madcap French farce Boeing Boeing, written by Marc Camoletti and translated by Beverly Cross and Francis Evans.

This Tony Award-winning play marks director and Little Fish Theatre Company Member Cylan Brown's second full-length play at LFT, where he previously directed The 39 Steps and pieces in the best-selling short play festival, Pick of the Vine.

In Boeing Boeing, it's the 1960s and swinging bachelor Bernard has a fab flat in Paris, and is dating three gorgeous air hostesses who all just happen to be engaged to him without knowing about each other. But Bernard's happiness is thrown off its flight path when his friend Robert comes to stay, and a bigger and faster Boeing jet interferes with all of his careful planning, which is aided by his grumpy housekeeper, Berthe. When all his fiancees come to town simultaneously, Bernard forgets what he's told to who, and he heads for hilarious disaster.

LFT Company Member Bridget Garwood, who was last seen at LFT in The 39 Steps, plays German air hostess Gretchen. Garwood's first feature film Haze hits theaters in September. Kathryn Farren, also a LFT Company Member, plays Bernard's efficient and grumpy housekeeper Berthe. Farren has performed at the famed Troubadour club in Los Angeles, and just finished a successful kickstarter for her short film The "What-If" Factor. The role of Italian air hostess Gabrielle is taken on by Andria Kozica, a graduate of the NYU Tisch/Stella Adler Studio of Acting, who was seen last summer as the Queen in Shakespeare by the Sea's Cymbeline. Kenny Toll*, a newcomer to the LFT stage and recent transplant from the San Francisco theatre scene, plays flustered bachelor Bernard. Justin Joseph, an alum of Shakespeare by the Sea who has trained at Shakespeare's Globe theatre in London, takes on the role of Bernard's hapless best friend Robert. American air hostess Gloria is played by Julie Ek, a graduate of Actors Studio Drama School, who can be seen opposite Ice T in a supporting role in the feature film Bloodrunners.

"Boing Boeing is a fun, light hearted farce that moves fast and delivers on laughs. One of the biggest joys I get from working on a show that is so crammed full of off-the-wall humor is finding the rhythms within the text and making them come to life with the actors," states director Brown. "The adage, 'comedy is all in the timing' is on full display in this high energy doorslammer of a play."

Boeing Boeing will run Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm September 22 through October 21. Sunday October 15 is a 2:00pm matinee featuring a special Talkback session where the actors and creative team will be available for 10 to 15 minutes for a post-show discussion with the audience.
