Crown City Theater Company Presents A PRAYER FOR MY DAUGHTER, 2/4-3/6

The Crown City Theater Company in North Hollywood will present A PRAYER FOR MY DAUGHTER starting with a preview February 4, 2010 and running thru March 6, 2010.

A PRAYER FOR MY DAUGHTER, Directed by Albert Alarr, is unlike the usual comedies and musicals that The Crown City Theater Company typically runs. Described as a "dark, gritty crime drama" the show follows 2 corrupt detectives interrogating 2 murder suspects. 

Th Its bizarre, poetic quality and edgy dialogue make this a play to remember. Almost all the characters display both their masculine and feminine sides as part of a game of manipulation as someone is going down for murder and no one is leaving the precinct. Not even Detective Kelly, who's daughter may be on the verge of suicide.
