Bridging The Gap Between L.A. & S.F.O Theatre With Popular 2-Act From James McClure ImageIn an effort to continue fostering the theatrical community between Los Angeles/Beverly Hills and San Francisco branches of Beverly Hills Playhouse, Los Angeles company members in association with WallyBird Productions have decided to present the hysterical two act comedy by James McClure with "Laundry And Bourbon" and "Lonestar". One-weekend-only opening October 18 - 21, 2018. The show will perform at The Firescape Theatre at The Beverly Hills Playhouse San Francisco.

 

WallyBird Productions is not the first to merge productions with the two cities for Beverly Hills Playhouse BH/SF branches. The other Productions to show in both branches are Years To The Day written by Allen Barton, Yellow Face written by David Henry Hwang, and now Laundry and Bourbon and Lone Star written by James McClure. The 2-Act production will be directed by Michael Yavneili.

 

ABOUT THE SHOWS

Conceived as a companion piece by James McClure, Laundry and Bourbon and Lone Star, constitutes two one acts, a full evening of thought provoking and hilarious theatre.

 

LAUNDRY AND BOURBON CAST

 

Diane Foster as "Elizabeth" - Multi-hyphenate award winning American actress-singer-dancer-producer of IOWA, Dying for Meth, Once Upon A Mattress and That's Liza! Foster was an original member of The Pussycat Dolls Variety Show at the Roxy in Hollywood.

 

Kellymarie Brown as "Hattie" - Received her BA in Theatre from The Ohio State University in 2009, moved to Los Angeles in 2011, and has appeared in multiple short films and commercials.

 

Allison Lobel as "Amy Lee"- Made her Off Broadway debut as Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones the Rock Musical at the Jerry Orbach Theater in NYC.

 

LONE STAR CAST

 

Everette Wallin as "Roy" - An actor, writer, and director that has appeared in several hit shows including HBO's Deadwood, Newsroom, ABC's Miracles, CBS' NCIS, along with Bones and Rosewood. Wallin has also been in several theatrical productions including The Goat, The Devil's Wife, and Art.

 

Ben Hopkins as "Ray" - An LA based actor from NYC, his theatrical credits include Pvt. Wykowski in Biloxi Blues. TV & Film credits include guest starring on NBC's Chicago PD and Aquarius, D-Railed (which will premiere soon). Hopkins has also worked on Californication and House Of Lies.

 

Miles Cooper as "Cletus" - Recently won Overall Excellence Award with his performance of Allen Grey in the original production of Elysian Fieldsin New York. Television credits include National Geographic's, Billy The Kid New Evidence.

 

LAUNDRY AND BOURBON & LONE STAR will open for a limited engagement October 18, through October 21, 2018 at The Firescape Theatre at The Beverly Hills Playhouse San Francisco, at 414 Mason St., Suite 502, San Francisco, CA. 94102.

Performances will be Thursday 6:15PM, Friday and Saturday 8PM, Sunday 3PM.

General admission is $20.00. Running time 105 minutes (including Intermission).
