Antaeus, LA's classical theater ensemble presents ClassicsFest 2010 Week #2: July 13 - 17: Les Femmes Savantes by Molière & Juno and the Paycock by Sean O'Casey
Les Femmes Savantes (The Learned Ladies) by Molière - A fully-staged work-in-process directed by Robert Goldsby, part of The Antaeus Company's 5th biennial ClassicsFest. Social folly and hypocrisy exposed by Molière's comic genius. Henriette's dreams of love have fallen victim to the pseudo-intellectual pretensions of her social-climbing mother. What's a girl with a body and mind to do?
