Alexander Rodriquez Brings I'LL DRINK TO THAT! to Rockwell Table & Stage Tonight

By:

Radio show co-host Alexander Rodriguez from Universal Broadcasting Network's popular show Happy Hour with Ben & Alexander will hit the stage tonight, January 31st in his one man show, "I'll Drink to That!" Regaling the audience with stories of mishaps from (literally) blind dates, on stage blunders, and bar faux paus, this show will mark Alexander's return to the stage and first one man show in seven years. With his fast quips, pension for vodka and eclectic taste in music, there is no telling where this evening will end.

A portion of the proceeds of "I'll Drink To That" will benefit LifeWorks at the L.A. LGBT Center in Los Angeles.

"I'll Drink To That" will be filled with music by Sondheim, Webber, the Beatles, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Irving Berlin, Cole Porter and Lady Gaga.

Rodriquez was called a truly gifted singer by the Los Angeles Times.

Last year, Rodriquez preformed and co-created the live, musical show version of Happy Hour with Ben & Alexander at the cabaret venue, Don't Tell Mama in West Hollywood. Most recently he performed to a sell out crowd in An Evening of Classic Broadway at Vitello's in North Hollywood.

Rodriquez has also performed on stage with the Pacific Symphony Orchestra at the Orange County Performing Arts Center and The Hoogland Performing Arts Center, Springfield Illinois. He did received critical praise for his portrayal of Charlie Brown in "Snoopy" at the Roxy, Hollywood. His other stage credits include: Bye Bye Birdie, Into the Woods, Guys and Dolls, Camelot.

"I'll Drink to That" is directed by Michael Ferrera with the Musical Direction by Bryan Blaskie. The show is an hour and 15 minutes. The show starts promptly at 8 with dinner service starting at 6:30 pm.
