Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate

fulfillment associate, part-time

merch., the first Black-owned merchandise company to hit Broadway is growing! we’re currently seeking a part-time fulfillment associate to support daily operations and eCommerce at our kearny, NJ-based warehouse.

what we ask:
- accurately packing and labeling orders for all outbound shipments
- maintaining organized and up-to-date stock levels
- monitoring inventory levels and reporting when items are low or out of stock
- assisting in receiving and storing inbound merchandise
- supporting small-scale in-house production runs when needed
- ensuring quality control and proper packaging for all products
- communicating proactively with the fulfillment manager regarding inventory or shipment issues

what you have:
- retail or customer service experience. preferably in the theatrical or entertainment industry.
- ability to problem solve, think on your feet and a “do what it takes” attitude.
- strong organizational and communication skills are required and an ability to effectively communicate needs.
- must be 18 years or older to apply.
- ability to lift 40 lbs.

wish list:
- an interest/experience in theatre and entertainment is desired but not required.
- the ideal candidate is a fun and engaging quick learner and self-starter with gusto and a desire to grow!

what's the pay?
- $17-$19/hour
- sick pay, PTO, vacation pay

what are the hours?
- 12:30pm-6pm weekdays (2-3 days a week)
- unpaid meal breaks to follow new jersey state guidelines.
