Zorba the Ballet, performed by the Sofia Opera and Ballet, comes to Athens for one night only September 15, 2018!

The ballet, choreography and libretto by Lorca Massine, is based on the supreme novel Zorba the Greek by Nikos Kazantzakis, with music by Mikis Theodorakis.
This two act ballet tells the tale of a young Greek intellectual who ventures to escape his bookish life with the aid of the boisterous and mysterious Alexis Zorba.
