Gov. Harley Grant:
Man, mid 50s. Republican candidate for President. Vigorous, stately. A Classic politician. A silver fox. Alan Alda-esque.
Spencer Davis:
Man, late 30s/early 40s. Republican campaign consultant. Born and raised in CT, went to Yale. Good-looking, charming, warm, affectionate. Great sense of humor, smart as a whip, playful.
Brunhilda Logan:
Woman, mid 40s. Republican consultant to Gov. Grant. Imperious woman who has been in politics since her college days. Has become more conservative through the years. Highly intelligent, confident, assertive. Sharp tongue, fabulous wit and great sense of humor. She's seen it all, which has made her cynical and suspicious.
Gov. Granville Parker:
Man, early 50s. Democratic candidate for President. Southerner, and speaks like one. Wise and charming.
Trish Rubinstein:
Jewish woman, late 20s - late 30s. Democratic consultant to Parker. Beautiful. Charming, great sense of humor, smart as a whip. Highly motivated achiever; runs marathons, has a law degree, wants to make the world a better place. Highly spirited, holds her political views strongly.

Man, mid 40s. Democratic consultant to Parker. Slick, dark. An operator.
