Seeking:

Sam:

Male; 30-40. Superintendent of NYC tenement and full time parking attendant. Loves wife Babe. Passionate lover; no nudity but simulates sex scene in underwear. Enjoys video games and TV.

Babe:

Female; 30-40. Superintendant with her husband Sam and part time waitress. Can't have children but loves her baby Romeo, a talking parrot. Loves husband. No nudity but simulated sex scene in underwear. Sensuous, fun loving, hot.

Lucky Star:

Female, 25-35, Korean/Asian. Korean accent. Protagonist. Her dad American/her mom Korean. Raised in Catholic orphanage in Seoul. Prostitute in Seoul. Came to America to start a new life. Rents an apartment in Sam and Babe's building

Romeo:

Male; 20-35. Acts as Sam and Babe's talking parrot and also functions as the play's narrator; actor needs to be able to mime parrot like behavior.
