30s-40s. Mistress of Postulants. Kind-hearted nun. Fan of Maria and the joy she brings to the abbey. Mezzo.
Sister Sophia:
Mid-late 20s. A postulant, like Maria. Always obeys the rules. Sweet. Maria’s best friend at the Abbey. Soprano.
