Please prepare two rock songs from the show or in the style of the show. Bring sheet music; accompanist provided. Theatre prefers that actors do not prepare material specifically for this audition; prepare audition pieces with which you are comfortable and which show you at your best.
Please bring a picture and resume, stapled together.

The producer will run all aspects of these NYC OPEN Auditions. Equity audition procedures will NOT be in effect, and no Equity Monitor will be provided.

Seeking (all roles/parts are available (i.e. not yet offered and accepted)):
Theatre’s casting notes: “All ethnicities are highly encouraged to audition. All actors must be comfortable with the alternative themes, strong sexual content, performing in lingerie, and brief nudity [no nudity at auditions].”
Dr. Frank N. Furter:
Male, mid 20s - late 30s. The “Sweet Transvestite from Transylvania".
Brad Majors:
All-American man, 20s - early 30s.
Janet Weiss:
All-American woman, 20s - early 30s.
Riff Raff:
20s-early 30s. The faithful handyman.
The Narrator:
Male, 30s-50s. An academic. Quick-witted. Must be able to handle an unruly crowd.
Eddie / Dr. Scott:
Male or female. Actor must be able to play both 20s and 50s. German accent required.
Columbia:
Female, 20s-early 30s. One of Frank’s groupies. Must be able to dance; tap and gymnastics a plus.
Magenta / Usherette:
Female, 30s. Sultry housekeeper.
Rocky:
Male, early-mid 20s. Buff and tan.
Four Transylvanians:
Male and female. Must sing and dance well.
Theatre’s statement: “ReVision Theatre practices non-traditional casting and all ethnicities are encouraged to [audition] for all roles.”
