Bob Sullivan / Dad / Others:
Bob: 30s. Helen’s best gay boyfriend. Sarcastic, slightly nerdy, yet cute and an all-around good guy. Dad: Helen’s loving, if slightly distant father. Tenor.
Monica Correri:
30s. Helen’s best friend. Slightly butch. Strong-willed. Loyal friend. Down to earth. In love with her girlfriend Joanie. Mezzo, belts to C.
Joanie Barry:
30s. Monica’s girlfriend. On the “femme” side. Politically correct. Intellectual. A tad high-maintenance. Well-intentioned. A secret romantic. Crazy about her girlfriend, but hard on her. Pop soprano, mix to A above staff.
Frances Delvechhio:
30s. Sexy, a bit dangerous, charismatic, independent and exciting. A great date, but not a great girlfriend. Mezzo, belt to B.
Sheila Mathers:
30s. Bisexual. Socially awkward lawyer. Quirky, oblivious to her own idiosyncrasies. Pop soprano, mix to F.

A dominatrix.

Helen’s ex-girlfriend’s new gal pal. Sweet.
Ex-Girlfriend:
Helen’s fairly normal ex-girlfriend.

CAST. Woman, 20s–30s. Club dancer. Stuck in the mid-90s. Oddly sexy.
