).Within Masquerade's walls, a portal is opening to STARCADIA, a realm inhabited by cosmic storytellers known as The Starpeople. Step into the darkness and witness their musical about the planets — a celestial tale of creation, destruction, and connection in this 90-minute theatrical experience, taking the stage after Masquerade's curtain falls.
Storyline: Every cosmic year, the planets meet at the edge of the universe to share how they've used the sun's energy. Earth, now brimming with intelligent life, shares the fragile beauty of human art and expression, inspiring the celestial bodies to explore artistic connection. As the pain woven into human creation causes Earth to fade, the planets are forced to grapple with the paradox of creation and destruction that could heal their discord or deepen it forever.

Please submit a headshot, resume, and vocal reel. Include a dance reel if you are applying for MERCURY, NEPTUNE, or URANUS. Include an instrument reel if you play an instrument.

EARTH - Any gender; 20 to 40 years old; any ethnicity. The planet who bears the beauty and burden of life. After eons of mass extinction and miraculous creation, they bear more than just swaying plants and squirming organisms. Tonight, earth shares the news of their intelligent life. (Strong singer & instrumentalist)
SATURN - Any gender; 40 to 60 years old; any ethnicity. Appointed with power, anointed with rings. Saturn leads every cosmic meeting with tranquility, wisdom, and control – believing that order and patience are the only way to keep the galaxy from tearing itself apart. (Strong singer)
MARS - Any gender; 20 to 40 years old; any ethnicity. A planet of extremes, Mars is blunt, passionate, and polarizing. With harsh truths and unapologetic blame, no wonder they're estranged. (Strong belter)
VENUS - Any gender; 20 to 40 years old; any ethnicity. Through golden veils, they hide their yearning for Jupiter, until the fleeting moment they pass each other in the sky. Tonight, they'll finally be able to express what that passing moment means to them. (Strong singer & guitar player)
JUPITER - Any gender; 20 to 40 years old; any ethnicity. They could have become a star, but instead they became a storm. If only they grew bigger, burned brighter. Maybe then, they could rest. But their beautiful, tragic winds rage on. (Skilled painter)
