Seeking singing actors (M/F), 18+. All (with the exception of those playing the Adults) should appear high-school age. All roles are available.
Melchior:
Male. Headstrong, handsome and charismatic.
Moritz:
Male. Melchior's intense and nervous best friend. His dreams of women haunt him to the point that he is too afraid to fall asleep.
Wendla:
Female. Childhood friend of the boys. Falls in love with Melchior, and later discovers that she is pregnant with his child.
Ilse:
Female. Another childhood friend. Runs away from a sexually abusive home to become a bohemian.
The Adults:
One Man and One Woman play the roles of parents, schoolteachers, etc.
