New play. Pam and Theresa have had a madcap friendship ever since they were college roommates, back during the early years of both Punk and the Reagan Administration. But after turning 50, they’ve each come to a crossroads – Theresa is in a deep depression after losing her job, and Pam is in the early stages of colon cancer but hasn’t told anybody – and neither of them can move forward without the help of the other. They battle to save their friendship, and in the end they find a neglected and vital part of themselves.

Seeking (both roles are available):

Pam:

52, any ethnicity. Suburban, funny, irascible. Back in the 80s, she and Theresa were college roommates in NYC. Pam followed her heart and married for love, but now realizes her marriage is not what she thought it was. And she’s battling cancer. She drops in on Theresa without notice, hoping for a night on the town and a shoulder to cry on. LEAD.

Theresa:

52, any ethnicity. Urban and stylish; still gorgeous after all these years. Single, living in the West Village in Manhattan. She’s always been Pam’s cultured and beautiful best friend. Her career has been an effortless ride to the top … until a few months ago, when she got fired. Now she has a new mission in life: she's planning to move to Nebraska, live in a cabin and save the world. LEAD.
