SEEKING
Equity actor/singers for various roles and ensemble.
Local area actors residing within 50 miles of New Canaan are strongly encouraged to
audition.
Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager positions are currently filled. See separate notice on Casting Call for submission info.
PREPARATION
Prepare two contrasting song cuts (16 bars
preferred) in the style of the musical PIPPIN. Be prepared to read, sides provided at audition.
Bring picture and resume.

provided. Performances under an open-air state
of the art tent theatre with 200 seats. Contract for
7 weeks (3. weeks rehearsal & 4 weeks of
performances Thursday - Sunday.
An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of audition.

The ultimate 'ring leader.' Masterfully charming and manipulative, the Leading Player is a chameleon of sorts. Guides Pippin through his own story and tries to intervene at the end. excellent dancer. Obsessed with putting on a great show for the audience.

Pippin's conniving stepmother. A seductress, who is no stranger to deceit and betrayal, she is both sexy and smart. Skilled at using her sexual appeal to benefit her and her son.
