Peg:

Irish, 18-22. Feisty, optimistic about life and on the brink of womanhood. Comic flair and tremendous charm. Strong actress/singer/dancer needed. Irish accent and tap. Banjo, guitar or ukulele a plus.

O'Connel / Jarvis:

50-55. O’Connel: Peg’s strong, loving father. Low Irish accent. Music hall performer, baritone, great charm and able to play the accordion needed. Jarvis: Chichesters’ English butler. Some dance required.

Mrs. Chichester:

50-55. Very Church of England. Seeking strong actress, good soprano with upper-class English accent and comic flair. Some dance required.

Jerry:

30, English. Upper class. Sincere gentleman, trying to find himself. Friend and neighbor of the Chichesters. Seeking strong actor/singer/dancer. Strong baritone/tenor. Must dance. Tap a plus.

Ethel:

Mid 20s, English. Upper-class. Proper English accent. Mrs. Chichester’s cool, attractive daughter. Wishes to break loose. Seeking performer with large vocal range with strong soprano. Able to play the violin (may audition with other musical instrument ability). Some dance required.

Alaric:

30. Mrs. Chichester’s son; very attached to his Mother. Seeking strong actor with good upper-class English accent and comic flair. Good tenor. Some dance required.

Brent:

Early 30s. The comic, sneaky scoundrel, playing around on his wife. Needed: Strong tenor/baritone range, good upper-class English accent. Dance required.

Hawks:

50s, English. Solicitor with some ulterior motives. Needed: Strong bass voice, English accent, comic flair and good story-telling ability. Some dance required.
